Utility and Enterprises practice:

• Provision of technical support and advisory services to public and private water and sanitation utilities and infrastructure enterprises to develop bankable project proposals for loan financing.
• Training of commercial banks on review and assessment of water and sanitation utilities technical and financial project proposals for approval of commercial loans.
• Technical assistance support in the development and managing of Results Based Financing programs for donors including Output Based Aid (OBA) and Aid on Delivery (AoD) projects for public utilities loan pre-financing and eligibility to donor subsidies.
• Technical assistance in developing and managing donor funded Loan Revolving Facilities for the water sector (public and private utilities) and agricultural sector (smallholder farmers, agro-dealers and agro-processors) for loan financing through commercial banks and microfinance institutions.
• Project monitoring and supervision of water and sanitation and agricultural infrastructure development projects.
